We are excited to be working with Innis & Gunn at this key phase in their growth as a business. After a number of years of consistent growth and recent significant investment in the business, they are building a truly global craft beer brand.
A key part of that will be the leadership and management of all of their operational and supply chain functions and they are looking to hire an experienced Supply Chain professional who will develop their existing teams, and build the structure that will support the ambitious growth of the company across the UK and their key international markets.
This role will take ownership across a number of key departments of the business with a wider team of 20 staff. In addition to managing their Perth brewery, you will also have teams reporting into you across Forecasting and Planning, Logistics, NPD and Customer Service.
"With the rapid growth of the business, the team is young and requires someone who can manage and support as well as develop individuals as their roles grow. As the role develops, you will be central to the strategic direction of the business at board level."
The ideal candidate must bring a real breadth of experience across these key supply chain functions. You will also bring experience of working in a food or drink environment and be used to the challenges that a fast-moving industry like this will bring. You are used to operating in a very hands-on position given the size of the team, but also have impacted at a strategic level within a business and be comfortable working closely with the MD and other board members. As one of the businesses key leaders, this is a fantastic opportunity and one that does not come up very often.
