You will support the development and execution of the marketing strategy which encompasses a wide spectrum of the marketing mix. You will be instrumental in the stimulation of brand sales growth across multiple channels and categories.

You will help manage the delivery of our commercial plans working closely with the sales team.  On top of that, you will work with our Chef and the NPD team to develop and introduce new products to market, you will also support the team through market research analysis and reporting. 

You will exhibit a proactive, self-motivated attitude as well as a strong commercial understanding. Ideally, you will bring experience of the FMCG sector (though not essential) and share the company’s values, starting from being a ‘foodie’ through ideally having an active interest in nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

They’ve now created a new exciting opening for a Marketing Innovation Manager to step change their strategic development to bring new ideas to market.

"Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role has responsibility for developing the innovation strategy for the European business unit, managing a new ideation process and driving the consumer brand offering through product and format innovation aligned to both current trends and the Group’s heritage."

To be considered, you will be a high-achieving Innovation/Brand/Marketing Manager with a proven track record in new product development – from concept to market launch. You will have strong strategic planning, consumer insights, project management and brand communication skills.

A passion for and understanding of food is essential.
