Digital & Brand Marketing Manager

The role will be based at their office in Central Edinburgh and you will be joining a forward thinking company who design clever stationery products which make organising daily life more enjoyable.
Busy B sell direct to consumers via Busyb.co.uk as well as supplying the high street multiples, online retailers, independents and export customers. The role is a fantastic opportunity to own and develop digital marketing as well as playing a key role as part of the senior management team.
You will own all digital and marketing activity so we are looking for a natural self-starting approach and someone who will bring a very commercial focus to managing the brand online and setting and achieving website sales and database targets.
You will manage all developments to the Web Site with agency partners and develop the Digital Marketing plan including the creation of all online marketing initiatives. In addition to their own website you will also oversee Consumer and Trade websites as well as taking responsibility for all consumer marketing materials and working closely with external agencies / designers to launch campaigns.
You will also oversee the Social Media Strategy and set and manage the marketing budgets across on/off line so, all in all, a very full role!
Key to the role will be finding the right blend of experience along with the personality and fit for the business - someone who can thrive in playing a real leadership role for this small but growing team.
You will of course have experience of building a brand through digital channels and delivering a successful digital strategy with tangible commercial impact. You will probably have worked in a leadership or senior management role already and will be comfortable taking on this sort of responsibility.
On the digital experience, we are looking for an understanding of back end systems (Magento, Mailchimp), ideally knowledge of SEO and also experience of managing website builds.
