Opportunities at International Beverage

TRADE MARKETING MANAGER

We are searching for a Trade Marketing Manager for International Beverage's growing Global Travel Retail in Glasgow. Part of a large international drinks group, our client specialise in developing distinctive, premium and craft local brands for global growth. 

Their portfolio is led by a range of high-quality single malt Scotch whiskies and a market leading craft gin - and also includes some of the fastest growing and most prestigious beers, spirits and whiskies on the market today.

These high quality brands are enjoyed by consumers in over 85 global markets and they represent the care and craftsmanship of the people that make them, from the beer brewers, to the distillers of the fine single malt Scotch whisky in Scotland, which was recently voted 'World Whisky of the Year' in Jim Murray's Whisky Bible, one of the highest accolades in the industry.

Crucially, the global development of every brand continues to be rooted in its home territory, supporting the mission to build authentic brands of outstanding character.

Due to expansion of the GTR team, they now require a Trade Marketing Manager to be based from the Glasgow head office and out in the field globally.

"The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and driving commercially astute channel/customer marketing and activation plans across a range of premium spirits brands in the international marketplace."

To be considered, you will have a proven track record in FMCG marketing (brand and/or sales) - and have had full P&L/budget responsibility.

Ideally with a background in whisky/premium spirits, you will have exposure to creative brand activations and an understanding of merchandising. International or travel retail sales and/or marketing experience is a benefit.


CATEGORY & Consumer InsightS Manager

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Category & Consumer Insights Manager will be responsible for providing high-quality analysis and insight from category data - as well as managing quantitative and qualitative research.

"Working within the Global Marketing team, the role’s primary focus will be the renowned Malt Whisky, Blended Whisky and White Spirits Categories; building knowledge across UK, US, Global Travel Retail, Poland and Asia."

To be considered, you will have a proven track record in insight and/or data management – either from an organisation or agency.

Creative, analytical with outstanding organisational skills, you will be commercially astute with the ability to engage with internal and external audiences.

GLOBAL MARKETING MANAGER

We're searching for a Global Marketing Manager for International Beverage Holdings, part of ThaiBev, a large international drinks group. International Beverage Holdings offers distinctive, premium and craft local brands for global growth with a strong emphasis on the Asian markets while their brands are enjoyed by consumers in over 85 global markets.

"As the Global Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for the management of the business’ distinctive single malt whisky portfolio through the development and implementation of strategic brand and NPD plans across global markets.

You’ll lead a team of Brand Managers with a view of developing outstanding brand strategies, plans and toolkits. You will take ownership the long-term NPD planning while keeping a close eye on the marketing budgets."

 

To be considered, you will have a proven track record in FMCG marketing (probably already having managed brands on a global scale) ideally coming from a whisky or premium spirits background.

You will be commercially driven, with strong experience in budget management, NPD development and line management.
